Friendly, honest, family owned store with a very helpful owner that stands behind their products! After having a long talk with the owner Tim, they have been in the furniture business for over 40 years. They loaded my futon in my truck for me and even tied it down. I will be back for more in the future!

Easy to find. Easy to get in and out. Store was clean, well stocked but not overstocked. We had a great time while there. Vinny seems like a great employee, as well as a great person. Very knowledgeable about futons, the different mattresses and such. This was our second visit. The first visit was information gathering. After searching around, this visit was to buy a futon, which we did. Great store that provides great, wonderful service and a good range of products. Pricing is as good or better, for the product.

I bought a nice wood framed futon and mattress about 2 months ago. The sales guy (owner?) was really nice and helpful; but the best part was the delivery and set up. The delivery cost was a bit high ($75 due to travel distance), but worth the money. The guy was really fast at setting up the futon, and was very professional and cleaned up all the packaging and things afterwards.

I drove an hour and a half ONE WAY to Action Futon, and it was closed during business hours.:-( I left a message on the voicemail and the owner, Tim, called back with an apology the next day.Subsequently, I made the journey there again and received a good deal on a futon purchase. While I was there, I also purchased a bar stool and made the long trek home. After my daughter sat on the bar stool a couple of times the next day, I noticed it wasn't swiveling properly. After turning the stool upside down, I discovered it was missing a screw and bolt. Consequently, I had to make another 1 1/2 hour trip
