We are part of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program and are currently building a 2021 Southern Living Showcase Home which will be open for public tours this fall. We are proud to be Knoxville's finest design-build firm. With the help of our in-house design team, interior coordinator, accounting department, real estate agent and warranty department, you can rest assured your most important investment is in good hands.
From concept to completion, Mike Stevens made building our dream home a seamless and fun process. It was our first ever custom build and with his knowledge and experience, he was able to guide our design ideas in the right direction to get exactly the result we wanted. We would build another house with him again in a heartbeat!
Mike Stevens Homes is pleased to announce our 2021 Southern Living Showcase Home in Knoxville, Tennessee, which will be open to the public for self-guided tours this fall. Admission is $10, a portion of which will go to Operation FINALLY HOME and local non-profits, Sertoma Center and Susannah's House.
