Capital Well & Pump

I am writing this review regarding Capital Well and Pump. I have used this company for over twenty years. I highly recommend Clay and his company for their prompt response whenever I needed well work done. They were always courteous whenever they did any service work to my well and their prices were very reasonable whenever they did the work. I would highly recommend Clay and his company due to his work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism. Also, his wife is very helpful in reaching Clay if you need to speak to him and he is out in the field. Overall, Clay runs a very good company and I am glad

I would like to Thank Jimmy for his service this morning. Jimmy was here before my appointment time which was last minute requested and fix the problem in 5mins. It is hard to come by an honest man that do not take advantage of my lack of knowledge of what was going on with my hot water heater. Great customer service. Also I would like to thank the operator for her professionalism.

Our water went off about 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22nd. Hot, hot day. I called Capital Well & Pump, and told the lady our problem. We have a geothermal A/C so we were also without air conditioning. I was prepared to suffer though the day until tomorrow at the earliest. The lady paused for a while and then said Clay would be there between 10:30 and 12 - today. He arrived at 10:43. He found the problem in less than 20 minutes. He made repairs and then serviced the whole system. The bill was very reasonable.

Very friendly, fast and with GREAT customer service!! We had a well tank with a fairly large leak. I called and spoke with the very friendly lady in the front office. The owner called my back within an hour. During our discussion he was honest with me about my options and prices. He helped me make an informed decision that was best decision for me and my family, not trying to upsale me. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule and come out the same day. Once at my home they went above and beyond. They even called me the following week to follow up everything was okay. I’d highly recommend

Fantastic customer service, speed of service, and very knowledgeable technician. Thank you Ed for talking to me on the phone to trouble shoot my problem, and for dispatching quickly service my well. Clay was fantastic to listen to, a fast worker, and gave pointers to teach me what to look for if a problem arises in the future. Five star local business! Definitely highly reccomended!

I had low water pressure in the house, I called and this nice lady answered the phone, I told her my issue. The owner got on the phone and explained what could be the problem but they were booked for the day, so I made an appointment for the following day no problem. They ended up having a cancellation and called me immediately to let me a slot opened up! They were punctual (actually beat me there), his name was Clay and he explained everything that needed to get done and I felt he went above and beyond honestly. My new well man definitely! I called Capital Well & Pump and he came out to my place and within a few minutes had my well up and running at minimal cost. Very happy with their response time and knowledge. Kept me informed of well maintenance and tips on how to maintain my system. Great Service. I recommend them to anyone who needs well service.

Absolutely wonderful company. I called to have service on my well...which hadn't been done in years. They came out the next day exactly when they said they would be there. Clay was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I asked a ton of questions and he patiently and happily answered all of them. Will be using this company for a long time to come.

It's scary moving to a new town and then having to hire someone to work on a system you have no prior history on. They were professional, kind and very willing to inform me about key aspects of my well. I feel good about my decision to call them and am very pleased that I now have a "go to" team for work I may need done in the future.
