I found Nancy originally because I was always so impressed with how beautiful my boyfriend's mom's hair was that I asked who did her hair. Nancy is absolutely incredible. I gave this place a try and wont come back. I saw Nancy (the owner of this place) she did balayage on me and did a rushed job horrible foils not even folded right even though I was there for 5 hours. The work came out horrible I had bleached stains all over my hair and it was so uneven with a really horrible brassy color and just looked horrible I spent $400+ hoping for a better result but unfortunately Nancy did not try to do anything to make it better not even with a toner she simply said I will put you on a wait list and we can try for it to come out better/ lighter on the next session. Michelle was recommended and I would say for a good reason! Great experience-hair washing, cut, blow dry and style! I called this salon and April was so sweet and helpful that I felt confident this would be a good salon to choose for my hair color. I could not have been more wrong. I should have listened to my husband when he said I should reschedule my Friday afternoon appointment because the hairdresser might be in a hurry to leave. Boy was he right! Not only was she almost 2 hours behind but she did not listen to what I told her about not wanting dark hair. We discussed how she could give me the lighter color I wanted without breaking off my hair with harsh chemicals. She referred to the hair color I showed

My first impression of this salon was that it is somewhat crowded with products...okay, I can deal with that. Next, when my stylist took me into the shampoo room, I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxing atmosphere. The cut and style I then experienced was pretty good and I probably would have given the salon at least one more try. I LOVE this salon! Meagan was my hair expert and she is AWESOME! I am so glad that I went to this salon for my hair emergency. Meagan was able to take me from dark purple hair to my desired color of light brown with beautiful blonde highlights :)
This is normally not an easy process since it requires a lot of care in order to avoid hair damage and to get all of the purple dye out, but Meagan made the whole process look so easy and I have ZERO hair damage, plus the new color turned out exactly how I wanted it to look !

So I yelped a salon nearby; came up with this one. Walked in 30 minutes before my appt. Met with Meagan and she immediately was impressing me; soft spoken, nice and courteous. I filled out a hair survey for my hair and scalp. She took me into the shampoo room. Got me relaxed and then shampooed my hair and the view wasn't so bad either. Waterfall sounds and the image to go along. Candles & incense.
I had a smoothie with me, but she still offered me a drink.
Then she spent almost 2 hours on my styling and chit chatting through out, asked for my permission to use the hair styling

I have never been to a hair salon where the owner talks to their employees with such disrespect. I was recently in for an appointment and I witnessed the owner accusing her employee of doing something that she didn't do. The owner was yelling at her in front of me and the other clients that were in the salon. Because of this owner I will never go back to this establishment nor recommend it to anyone! My hair dresser has since moved on and I am grateful for that. No one deserves to work on such a toxic environment.

This is my third time to the salon. I have naturally blonde hair which is difficult to cut as it shows every cut with scissors . Michelle does a great job. I also like to get natural looking hi lights every once in awhile and Michelle has done a fantastic job!! The best part is they give a great head massage at the shampoo bowl and serve wine if You would like. I have watched all the stylists and I sure they would all do a fantastic job.
