We recommend pot hole and spider crack areas be repaired with a permanent patch repair product. This product is polymer modified asphalt. We will clean or saw cut out the old damaged area clean and add the polymer modified asphalt. This process also ensures that that moisture and debris won't seep through to the base under the asphalt.
