After deciding to venture out on his own in 2002, he created Jacobs Demolition and Carting LLC with the help of his loving wife Colleen.
Together they built Jacobs Demolition out of their home and into the business it has become today. We offer a range of services at Jacobs demolition including, complete or select machine demolition, demolition done by hand for smaller projects, excavation for masonry or superior walls, excavation for utilities, etc. We stay on job sites from start to finish, whether it is something as big as building your home or as small as a single room gut.

The Avon Pond is a local pond that freezes over in the winter. The Avon Pond is a great source of community for the people of Avon-by-the-sea and brings a lot of fun during the winter season.
Answer: No, we do not only demolish homes, we can demolish almost any free standing structure. We can remove foundation, driveways, sheds and much more. I do not need my home demolished, but I am thinking of doing interior work like gutting my kitchen, do you guys do that?.

These three services usually go hand in hand. Most of the time these three services follow a machine demolition, but they can be done individually! Excavation is the digging by machine to prepare for the installment of a block and poured foundation or superior walls. Backfill is completed after the excavation is done, and the foundation or superior walls have been installed.

Most reviews are from a customer's view, I'd like to add one from the other side. Back when Mike used to use other companies for hauling the demo I had the privilege of working with him and watching his technique while loading for over 10 years ... He knows what he is doing. He is able to charge you less simply because of his experience. I can't give away his technique but I assure you, you will get a Great price along with a guarantee of service met by none, no corners cut... Trust me, I was there.
