I love dentistry. It's complex and challenging, and it allows me to change someone's life for the better. Every day, I get to help incredible people improve their lives, by getting them to optimal oral health and making their smiles bright, clean, and beautiful. Since I enjoy working with my hands, the tools and instruments we use, or gadgets as I like to call them, make my work even more enjoyable.

The answer is complex, but really boiled down to these three main reasons: I was frustrated at the slow progress of spacecraft development, I loved teaching and interacting with people, and I wanted to work with my brother. I am so happy I made the switch! I love applying my engineering knowledge along with all of my surgical and dental skills to help each and every person we care for.

Dr. Keith and the team at Southern Smiles are amazing! I'm so grateful for the incredible job they did on my crowns. The staff here is always so friendly! I used to have such anxiety coming to get my cleanings that I would avoid the dentist for years at a time, but not any more. Katie and all the ladies have built up such a sweet report with me that I actually look forward to my appointments now. Also, Dr Long shows such passion for what he does. His team are innovative and always seem to be on the cutting edge of technology. 5 star ⭐️

I recently had two fillings done by Dr Henry Long, he used the laser and it was an amazing experience. I did not receive any injections, no need for being numb. It was a quick pain free experience. I would highly recommend both Doctors to all of my friends and family. The office is stunning, Clean, top of the line, and the entire staff goes above and beyond ! Love my Southern Smiles Family ❤️
