Laura was very nice and thorough! Explained everything clearly and easy to understand. It was actually fun, doing the tests and then being able to get started right away! Looking forward to going out more!!
Now it's 3 months and I really am hearing so much better, before sounds were all all mushed together and now it's like hearing in 3D!! Love them!!

I came here for a consultation to understand my tinnitus.
In my mid-twenties, I'd like to start taking care of my health and part of that was visiting PHC in La Crosse.
Staff was friendly. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Getting my hearing evaluated was painless.
I got fitted for some custom ear plugs and can go to concerts, take long flights, and go to loud bars more comfortably.

My main reason for contacting PROFESSIONAL HEARING CARE, LLC was because of ringing in my head (tinnitus). I have suffered with this for whole life.
After my exam, hearing loss was evident on my left side, and just slightly on the right.
I found everyone to be so kind and personable. Feels like visiting friends whenever I stop in. However, I didn't wear them faithfully.
Now that I have learned how to use the program provided with my brand of hearing aids. I am going to use them like I should. Then my tinnitus will improve.
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend visiting them
