Checked in to the hotel and paid 75.00 for a room. This was on February 16. We had no water or heat in our RV. Went to the room and had no power due to the rolling black outs which I understand that. When the power came on there was no heat. Heater was blowing cold air. Manger came to my room and told me that was all I would get. I asked why he didn’t tell me that before I paid for the room and he told me because of the line of customers behind me would hear. I asked for my money back and he said no refund. I felt that the other customers had the right to know there was no heat in the rooms also

I stay here weekly when I’m off work. The owners are very nice and hard working individuals, you can tell they really take pride in this place. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean as is the entire property. And you can’t beat the price especially for the quality the quality of the place. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here for 3 wks no problems nice kitchenette. Went to work a Rodeo came back stayed another 9 days. Was paid for 10 checked out early because of work location. The wife told me they would give us our refund. Husband said No, No Refund. Needless to say, they kept our $ guess they needed it more than someone that literally needed our $80 back. So, Merry Christmas. Cause, that's what we celebrate in the USA!!!

The batteries on keypad went out within an hour of checking in. Manager said he didn't have any replacement batteries and that we could not switch rooms. I then asked for a refund and he said no. We ended up not being able to leave the room because he completely removed the keypad saying he didn't want to have to keep letting us in. It was my wife's birthday and mike patel completely ruined it. If that wasn't bad enough he charged me an extra $30 and said my dog peed in the room...I dont even have a dog. Mike patel is a thief!!!!

Room was clean, that's the only positive feedback I have. They told me one price on the phone when I booked, then up the price by about $30 when I got there. I asked for 2 queens and was given a room with 2 full size beds. There is no such thing as getting a decent nights sleep because of the slamming of door at all hours as well as loud yelling at all hours. Maid came and knocked on the door (waking us up) at 8:45am on a Saturday. Very poor customer service.
