I loved learning the science behind Reiki and how it physiologically changes the detoxification system in the body. I would recommend this class to others because I feel that everyone needs to come to realize their own innate power and then they too can help bring about healing/change in their lives.
I have gained such insightful knowledge from Sema that I know will be so valuable in my nutrition practice and with my own clients. The part I like the least was LEAVING.because for me I loved how I felt this weekend and the energy around me. I now need to create this energy and calmness in my own life.

Loved my experience with Sema. Loved her energy from the minute I walked in. I felt like I got more out of one session of Reiki then any therapy session I've ever had. Looking forward to my next appointment. Sema's approach to Reiki and healing is so comprehensive while being smooth and organic at the same time.
Oh Sema, I love you. I feel so blessed and immensely, eternally grateful to have been chosen to be a part of this miraculous transformation that we will all have a part of. I took both Shoden and Okuden classes with Sema. I went in having only signed up for Shoden as this was my first experience learning reiki and didn’t know what to expect. Once Shoden was over Sema was gracious enough to open up a spot for me in Okuden that would allow me to be present with my classmates from Shoden, and for that I am so grateful. Yes we learned Jikiden reiki but we learned so much more about ourselves. Sema incorporates many different practices into her classes and I feel so lucky and blessed to have experienced with her and my group. If you want to learn about Jikiden reiki

I attended both the Shoden and Okuden Reiki Classes taught by Sema. I took the classes expecting to just learn how to do Reiki, but I came away with so much more than that. Sema took the time to sit with us (her students) in such an intimate, patient, and open way that it facilitated healing most of us didn't even expect. I use the healing techniques I learned every single day to heal myself, and I have seen huge changes/improvements in just a couple of months. I am a completely different person than I was before the class, and Sema continues to be a portal of light and knowledge through her presence

Walking into Sema’s office in the summer of 2017 I had no idea to what to fully expect. I was 19, nervous, uncertain, and did not fully understand Reiki or even fully believe in it. But as I was desperate to do everything in my power to not go on antidepressant’s I was open to receive treatment. After leaving Sema’s office I was shocked with how much she immediately knew about personal things without me saying much.
I took the Level 1 Shoden class the winter of 2017 and grasped a deeper meaning and understanding of Jikiden Reiki. The class was good but I feel like there was room for improvement

I have been contemplating for a long time to start Reiki. Out of nowhere, The Reiki Healing Center of NJ popped up during my search and I instantly felt pulled to sign up for the classes. I have had the pleasure to receive Reiki sessions from Sema on and off for the past 5-6 years and they have been nothing short of amazing and absolutely necessary for my journey. I can honestly say I have grown into a better version of myself since I’ve been coming to her.

I truly believe that I was divinely led to Sema and the Reiki Healing Center of NJ. I've been told that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. After my first zoom meeting with Sema I knew I wanted to learn everything she could possibly teach about Reiki. Working with Sema was amazing! I took bother her Shoden and Okuden classes in Jikiden Reiki. The experience was amazing! Sema is so in tuned to spirit that it shows in her work. I left my classes feeling renewed, inspired and full of knowledge. We had amazing meditations that really created such spiritually moving occurrences for everyone in the group. She is a great Shihan (teacher) who teaches the whys not only the how tos. For anyone looking for a teacher who can help guide you down a spiritual path, she is your woman!

I have long been observing, but finally received my own sessions and the end results are miraculous. I have now an incredible appreciation of the powers of Reiki and its ability to better one's life. I had been feeling a lot of negative thoughts and feelings lately about my job and just life in general, so thought it was time to a Reiki treatment. I hadn't even heard of Reiki until recently. I heard a bunch of ladies at my yoga studio talking about Reiki and asked them about it and was told that it is a mind, body healing therapy.
My friend is a client of hers and it's all she's been talking about recently so I decided to give it a shot. She currently shares a space with another yoga studio in Wayne which I thought was pretty cool, upon meeting Sema I was immediately drawn to her positive and relaxing energy.
