Studio 342 Landscape Architecture is a full service landscape architectural design firm. We are proud to offer the highest level of customer service to our clients in all phases of design, from design through construction. We always tailor our services to each individual project so our clients get the most cost-effective design services.
A Master Plan created by Studio 342 will establish and describe the character of all the spaces in the landscape and their relationships to each other. At the Master Plan level, spaces are defined and described by the shape, size, finish materials and the elements found in or around them, and general planting concepts that reinforce the spaces.
Part of every successful landscape is a well planned planting design. Planting can be integral to a new landscape and help define spaces, or it can add new vibrancy to a classic landscape. Studio 342 works with our clients to specify their planting style and creates a unique design that applies the style to the conditions of the site.
Construction documents are the technical drawings that are given to a contractor for use in bidding and construction. They transform the illustrative Master Plan into a how-to set of documents that provides the necessary information to build the elements of the design so the end result looks like the vision established by the Master Plan.
Once construction drawings are complete, Studio 342 guides our clients through the bid process to get the best construction value for their money. Based on past performance and experience, we will recommend qualified contractors to ask for competitive bids to install the project. Sometimes a contractor we haven't worked with comes highly recommended by a client or other reference.
