Union Foot Care, the office of Richard Silverstein, DPM, is located in historic Havre de Grace, MD. Our office is on the ground floor and handicapped accessible with plenty of parking available. Dr. Silverstein is the Division Head of the Podiatry Section, Department of Surgery at Harford Memorial Hospital and he's board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Richard Silverstein is available to treat foot and ankle ailments such as diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts and painful calluses. The only practice, after calling 5 other podiatrists in Harford County, who had emergency openings to treat my child's painfully infected ingrown toenail. Dr. Silverstein placed the need of the patient (we were not even a current patient) first- he simply created space to ensure that proper treatment occurred. The office staff was kind, organized and personable- what a breath of fresh air in a robotic phone call-texting age of managed care!

I took my 95 year old father to Dr. Silverstein to have his toes nails, which are in terrible condition, examined and trimmed. Dr. Silverstein and his staff are kind and attentive and do a great job with my Dad. I had bunion surgery done by Dr. Silverstein many years ago and my foot has been good ever since. He also treated heel pain for me and that has been gone for years as well. Highly recommend.
