Hi, I am Kristan, a wedding planner in Northern California. I live in Livermore wine country with my husband, Paul, our dog Truffles, and our cat, Kahlua. I love our little town and its wide-open spaces. Most (wedding free) weekends I can be found in downtown Livermore grabbing a bite to eat, having a glass of bubbly, walking Truffles, catching up with friends, and spending quality time with Paul.
We offer a variety of event planning and coordination services to meet your needs in the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa, Sacramento/Central Valley, Tahoe, and Monterey Bay. We offer a suite of Wedding Planning packages & Social Event Planning, including custom packages; as well as Corporate Event Planning.

This is a long overdue review. Kristan helped us with our wedding in August and we could not have had the wedding experience we had without her. Before working with Kristan, I was stressed because I knew there was so much that I didn't know when it came to wedding planning. Adding COVID and 2 postponements to the mix, I was so relieved when we made the decision to work with Kristan. I can not say enough about the experience we had with Kristan and Cora Bella weddings and Events. My daughter recently got married at Murrietta's well in Livermore and the day was shear perfection with this team leading the way. They handled ANY issues, which were few and far between, (and minor at best) making the day PERFECT and very little stress overall. I HIGHLY recommend her and her staff and I hope to use them again for when my son gets married eventually!!!

When I met with Kristan for the first time, I instantly knew I made the right decision to go with Cora Bella Events for my September 2021 wedding. She is super sweet, attentive, quick to respond to any questions/ comments/ concerns I had all leading up to my wedding day. And when it came to the actual wedding day, it was magical. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and Kristan being the lead in handling my perfect day. It is hard to know where to begin with Kristan - She is just simply the best! I had planned a wedding for May of 2020 which of course got postponed by Covid. Kristan was with me every step of the way through our planning, re-planning, venue change, 2 date changes etc. She was so knowledgeable and organized throughout the entire process even with all the roadblocks we hit. Our wedding day was PERFECT and it was all thanks to CORA BELLA!! The part you would have never guessed is that our wedding fell 2 days before the very first day of the Coronavirus lockdown in March 2020! We were so nervous and did not know what to expect at all as we saw businesses and events shutting down suddenly, within days of our wedding. I worked with Kristan for a wedding last year. She did an amazing job keeping all of the vendors up to date and sent us all our own individual timeline. She and I worked together to come up with a timeline months before the wedding date that worked for us both so that we could work efficiently and serve our couple in the best way. We had a LOT to accomplish but never fell behind schedule - which is truly an accomplishment!
