So I called these guys and they arrived the next day, took a look at the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Alamo Door & Gates was a great company to work with. They were always prompt and professional with their service, and they never overcharged you like other companies did. They had an excellent team of technicians who would show up at your house if needed, or they could come over to the office if that worked better. I remember one time when my garage door stopped working all of sudden; we called Alamo Door & Gates because they provided garage door service at an affordable price. The technician showed up on time and fixed it in no time at all!

Phenomenal experience! We had a broken spring, I sent messages to more than 10 door companies. Alamo was among the first to respond and was upfront about their pricing and gave us a time the next morning. Their technician called to ask if he could come early. He arrived as promised and was very professional. He ended up replacing all four of our springs on our 16 X 9 wood door and gave the door a full tune up for 30% less than most of their competitors quoted to just do the springs. He was in and out of our house in 1.5 hrs. Competitive pricing, great service and honesty, can't recommend

I had to replace two springs on my garage door as I couldn't open the door to get my car out. Alamo was very prompt and sent out a technician the same day. Travis arrived and called before coming to give me an arrival time. He was neat, polite,and very efficient! I would recommend Alamo and plan to use them in the future.

Great service! At 8 am I asked for the soonest possible technician because we could not open the garage door. By 9 am the problem was diagnosed and I was out of the garage on my way to work. By 10 am, my husband called to say the repair was done (both springs replaced) and st a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Alamo!
