Kaley's passion for eldercare advocacy is a family affair. In high school she took her first job in the kitchen of the nursing home her mother worked at and turned it into a 12-year career in aging services. Inspired by her brother Kavan Peterson's national activism to change the long term care system, Kaley joined him to bring this culture change to the home care industry.
Harvest provides non-medical home care to help people grow and thrive. We select the best, most-skilled CarePartners to help clients M.E.S.H. - Move, Eat, Sleep, Heal - by assisting with basic human activities like exercise, transportation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping and meal preparation, sleep hygiene, medication reminders, bathing and personal care.

I worked with Harvest Home Care to help arrange care for a lady that needed 24 hour care after surgery for 2 days. Even though there is a national shortage of employees, Harvest Home Care was able to arrange care and took such great care of the client. The client could not have been more pleased, they were all so helpful to her and helped her with so many different things while they were there. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with Harvest Home Care. I personally spoke with Mary Beth and she was confident she could arrange care, even when no other agencies in Missoula could. Really great company to work for, especially for the Missoula area. The owners are very involved and really care about each of the clients and every employee. Harvest Home Care will go above and beyond to meet client needs and ensure that employees and clients are a good match. I definitely recommend using this company to care for your loved ones, and I would recommend this company as an employer. I loved the year and a half I was able to work for this company and the clients I was able to spend time with. This experience meant a lot to me.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. My grandpa passed away earlier this year. We tried a couple of different agencies to help us keep Grandma at home but were feeling defeated until we learned of Harvest Home Care. I seriously cannot even express how amazing they've been. We have a set schedule for Grandma but they've never hesitated to step in if we've had to request a very last minute pop-in. All of the caregivers they've sent have been absolutely amazing. They even helped with Grandma's mice problem! Our family is there as much as possible but due to life's circumstances we can't be there

I first secured Harvest Home Care's service in the fall of 2015. I was extremely weak from an extended hospital stay and intensive cancer treatments. As a single retiree (living alone), I needed help with virtually all daily tasks, including meal preparation, bathing, laundry, cleaning, etc., and was quite worried as to what I would do. A person I talked to while in the hospital had recommended Harvest Home Care. Two of Harvest's wonderful staff, Kaley and Erin, came to my home the afternoon I was discharged. After inquiring into my specific situation, needs, and preferences, we settled on the
