Our air conditioning went out over the weekend, and it is incredibly hot here in the Triangle. We are just at the start of summer and it’s only going to get worse from here. I sent a text on Sunday night and got a response within minutes. The technicians called and came out the very next day and were able to fix the problem in under an hour! The price was extremely reasonable and the techs were both courteous and professional. If I ever have any HVAC issues going forward I will absolutely call them again!

HVAC unit replacement. After struggling with home warranty company for almost two months December and January to get unit replaced since it couldn't be repaired I contacted Environ Air. Within a week's time unit was ordered and installed. They understood the need for heat in winter and responded quickly professionally and to our satisfaction. Cost was comparable also. Thank you Environ Air.

I usually have them do my annual maintenance checks. This year I had a heat pump need repair in Jan and then a second part go in Feb. I had a 12 year old and 16 year old heat pump and eventually got them both replaced in March. They did a great job. Walls and floors were clean and unmarred when they were done (and one of those systems had to be carried upstairs and then into the attic) and everything was picked up and carried away when they were done (so I did not need to pick up pieces or trash nor did I have to worry about broken shrubs). It is nice to have reliable heat! Plus everyone involved

Ryan, the man that owns this business, is the 'Superman' of the HVAC business. If 10 stars were available, he'd get them: hands down.
Ryan doesn't need a country band with a catchy tune to help you remember him or incite you to want to call him. And he doesn't need to send out endless flyers with coupons for services that are up-charged in the first place. Ryan is the real deal -- the HVAC electrician wizard -- the guy who's like your best friend in the business. Why?! Because he's as honest as the day is long.

When our 1998 AC unit died... we knew exactly who to call. We had used Ryan's company before, as do my parents and countless others I have recommended them to. And it was the same service I have come to expect.
Ryan's team is amazing!!! They were prompt, efficient and a joy to deal with. I was working from home near by the work area and barely knew they were there! They did excellent, quality work.
They were so good about covering and cleaning up... it's like they were never here... except now we have a working air conditioning unit :-)
