Services
Founded in 2004 as a Center of Excellence within Arlington Orthopedic Associates, the Texas Comprehensive Spine Center (TCSC) meets the spine care needs of patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Center combines services for ease and convenience, while simultaneously providing the most advanced spine care for patients.
Patients are seen by appointment only, with times available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We also have a physician on call after hours and on weekends for emergencies. A sincere attempt is made to adhere to the office schedule, but emergencies are inevitable and delays do occur. If we know in advance of a delay, we will make every attempt to contact you at the telephone number you provided when making your appointment.
Comprehensive care extends far beyond what AOA Orthopedic Specialists does for our patients. We are appreciative of the opportunities we're given to reach out and give back to the community where not only our patients, staff and physicians live and work, but also to our neighbors who live farther away.
If you have an injury that requires emergency treatment, please call 911 or proceed to the emergency room and request one of our doctors to be contacted. You may call our office number, 817-375-5200, 24 hours a day. After business hours and on weekends, our answering service will direct your call to the doctor on call.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Barnett and his team now for 3 years. I have had a right knee orthopedic surgery as well as a knee replacement on my right knee and I have just been through orthopedic knee surgery on my left knee. I am very comfortable with the team and I know I am in good hands. Thank you to all the staff that show me how much they care.

I've been seeing Dr Rodriguez for 5 years now and would not go anywhere else for my orthopedic care. Dr. Rodriguez is kind, caring, and knowledgeable, and gives me treatment options where available. I had a bad fall and was able to get in to see him the very next day. It starts from the person taking the calls, and the ladies are always helpful and professional. I see 2 other docs at AOA that are equally caring, professional and knowledgeable, and just great Doctors.

I had a good experiences up until today's appointment good for Dr Berman for retiring but not only did he keep me waiting for an hour today but is now sending me to another Dr. Now I have to wait two more weeks before I can see that next Doctor I consider it highly inconsiderate and unprofessional for how my time was just wasted. All of this could have been done with a call or seen me prior to seeing ng other patients who arrived there later than me with a later appointment. It's ashame that this final experience with Dr Berman was negative.

Y’all, Dr. Atkinson and the staff at AOA are wonderful, professional, and even have imaging and therapy in the same bldg. I went into him, without much of an idea what was going on. He recognized the need for immediate surgery, and has had excellent post-operative care and attention to my complicated situation. I truly appreciate Dr. Atkinson and his team!

Dr Burnett and his team were wonderful. I had my knee replacement done on November 9th. No matter what questions I had they were always ready and willing to help me. Office visits are always timely and Dr Burnett listens to my concerns. Staff is always extremely friendly.
I would recommend Dr Burnett to my family and friends. I need to have surgery in my other leg next year and would not go anywhere else. Thank you to Dr Burnett and his team.
