Drivers falls asleep while driving and then takes his eyes off the road to look for his phone almost crashes then try to call the places I try to explain to the person on the phone his says I can't help you and the manager is not in right now and hangs up never using service again

Critical: Professionalism
The driver came to pick me up I had multiple bags. He hit some ot my groceries and left the scene so rude and unprofessional. I've never had someone treat me like that. Everyone else is so nice and seems to be down to earth but this one driver is always rude and gives off bad vibes. This is NOT THE JOB for everyone.

The worst can company ever. Called for a cab they told me 20minutes I waited 35 called to find out where my cab was and was told 5 minutes after 10 I call back only to be hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! IF THEY DO DECIDE YO DHOW THEY WILL BE LATE AND So will you. OBVIOUSLY they have very INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE. If you call and a woman answers your cab will probably never show either the dispatcher is to busy getting high drunk or whatever to send the drivers on fares.
