The touchless which is all I'll use, seems to leave a film after a while. Requiring, a well done hand wash after a while.
My guess is - the polish and wax lines not being purged for long enough time, So they're not being sprayed on the next vehicle if they don't want that.
Having said that, this is the only place I'll take my vehicle for an automatic wash in the entire Eugene/Springfield area.

Got my car "washed" here this morning. Paid $11, followed the instructions, and it still isn't clean. The windshield, windows and lower parts of vehicle look like they were barely touched by the wash and are still dirty. I'm going to have to take it to a different car wash with real humans and brushes so that it can actually get clean. Extremely disappointed. I will never come back here again.

I absolutely love this car wash! The touches carwash always leaves my car looking clean and the staff is wonderful. The prices are very reasonable and unlike other car washes that I've been to, it does not leave a soapy residue on my car. Beyond happy that I found this car was and its much cheaper/faster than having my car hand washed :)

Very happy with the options available in the self-wash section. Can clean my car better than the touchless wash in less time. I will note however that the self-service wash always charges me the full $15 even if the meter says otherwise. Not sure why that is I know I hit stop every time. Would be a 5/5 if I wasn't charged the full amount each time. Otherwise great service and system.
