Services
Normal production time is 5 to 7 working days. Large quantities may require 10 to 20 working days. Some special order items, such as bronze tablets, custom framing or embedments may require additional time. Approximate delivery time will be confirmed upon order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date.

Understanding the status of my order was extremely frustrating. I sent a few emails inquiring about the status of my order of which weren’t received because an issue with firewall.
The order was handled well, but the bulk of communication should never fall under the responsibility of the customer. Claims were made that I received “plenty of calls” about my finished order, yet I would have no complaints if I was notified of my completed order IMMEDIATELY, but that was not the case.

Very satisfied in all aspects, most especially customer service, price as well as the quality of the product. I had a last minute Christmas gift that I wanted to engrave and mount a plaque on a chair, the plaque needed to be rounded as well. It would be an understatement to say it came out perfect! I have ordered a a trophy and perpetual plaque since, once again both are perfect! Keep up the good work!

PS Awards went above and beyond my expectations for a fast track job that their competitors turned down because of inadequate equipment or knowledge. The job was challenging and communication was extremely important. Nicole and Liz kept me up to date and offered suggestions to make the process as smooth as possible. The end result was beyond my expectations and received many compliments. It was refreshing to be offered such a high level of customer service and I give them a top recommendation.
