I have used Phoenix Fire Protection in the Portland area for almost 5 years now on all different types of projects. Commercial, Residential, Tenant Improvement, Multi Family and Mix Use Buildings. They can do it all no matter how small or big my jobs were they always made me feel like I was important to them as a client. I don't know who Suzanne Samuels is, but I own Altitude Trampoline Park, and have had nothing but great experiences with Phoenix Fire Protection. During construction they updated our 40K sq foot facility with quick response heads on the fire system. Since taking over the space almost 2yrs ago I have had some small leaks with the original pipes that were installed probably a decade ago. Anytime I have reached out to Phoenix Fire they have had some one out here ASAP to replace pieces of leaking pipe. Replacing the pipe 25ft up into the rafters and sometimes above trampolines is a difficult project
