Machado & Sons Construction, Inc. was founded by Manuel Machado in 1985 and is now lead by his three sons. Throughout the years, a focus on family values, continuous improvement, and forming solid relationships with clients has established Machado & Sons Construction as a respected contractor. The company expanded its operations from the private and commercial arena in 2009 when it began providing services to the public utility industry.
This expansion fueled the company's growth as Machado & Sons set out to add new construction capabilities to its repertoire and increase its workforce in order to service new markets. Machado & Sons pioneered large scale solar farm construction during the first wave of agriculture solar construction and has been on the forefront of other innovations in the industries they service.

Building upon the foundation Manuel laid 35 years ago, Manuel's three sons now run the company and maintain the same focus the company was founded on - delivering the highest value for clients.
Over the last 30 years we have grown into a vertically integrated company capable of delivering complex projects that require a skilled workforce and seasoned professionals. We provide grading, paving, structure concrete, site concrete, and trucking services safely, to our customers' specifications, and on schedule.

We never put production ahead of safety and we are continually enforcing and improving our safety programs and policies. From their first day on the job, employees are trained on our high standards for safety and they are held accountable for strictly adhering to the standards we have set.
Our company has over 30 years of excavation and grading experience on projects ranging from private residences, diary and agriculture sites to major universities, municipalities, roadways and public utility projects. Our estimating and project management staff have the experience and technology to perform a complete turn-key approach to any project.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Superintendent always doing fraudulent things like sending employees to sites where they aren't able to work because of their trade and to do so will change their identity to pass as other workers. Always talking down to hard workers and praising the lazy ones.
