Breckenridge lured Gary and I many times thru work, friends and vacations until finally in 1998 we purchased a one bedroom condominium at Lances West. After a year of renovations and few rentals, we decided to rent on our own and became one of the first units to be marketed by the then Denver owned www.

During the 2020-2021 Ski Season Breckenridge Ski Resort required reservations for use of the mountain.

Incredibly cozy and tastefully decorated condo at an incredible resort with multiple hot tubs and pools and things to do. Lift access and trail access as well. Gorgeous views of the mountains from the deck. Modern kitchen and big fireplace in living room. Upstairs is perfect for a cozy sleep.
