Dudleys' Auction is a family owned business, headed by Robert Dudley & his daughter Emily. In business since 2004, they have grown to employ a staff of 15, with varying licenses and areas of expertise. With lifelong interests in antiques and collectibles, this story began in 1989 with the acquisition of the future Auction site property and soon followed the connected real estate a historical haunt called The House of Stuff.

On-site examination, inventory, photography, market research, valuation and a final appraisal report. The document will have a description, age, measurement, condition, value and digital photograph of each item (or group of items). Appraisals are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Tables filled with household, garage & utilitarian items such as tools, dishes, small everything you find in the closets, under the beds and stuff into sheds & garages. Not a good experience. Robert and his daughter Emily owners of Dudley's Auction start out I thought being honest. My thoughts changed quickly. Tbey came out to look at what we had to put in an Estate buy out. We discussed what would go and what we would keep. They had given us a contract with everything that was to go and stay. Plus price and terms that explained the buyout which included everything but the flooring. The price was a low ball for 3 level stilt full of antiques. So the offer was declined. Within the next few weeks, Emily keep in contact. It was

I’ve been here a couple times and I love it but what made me think of this place at this second was while I’m watching a show on Metflix called space dealers which is about the buying and selling of “space junk” they show a clip of an auction taking place for some rare items and what do you know it’s good old Dudley’s auction place. I’ve never been more excited or proud of this small town charm!!!

My mother-in-law was moving into independent living. My husband and I went to Florida over Christmas to help her with the process and to empty out her home. She did not have a lot to send to Auction because she kept giving everything away. It was almost comical. But she did have some furnishings and decorative items and kitchenware that she was willing to part with. Dudley’s crew came on time and emptied her house so efficiently. I like going to your auction, because everyone knows me I have been going to the auction on and off for many years now , everyone their are always willing to help when ever they can, if you are looking for furniture they always have nice good stuff that you wouldn't mind having in your house. We go every week. We have an historic house in Floral City and the majority of our antiques have come from Dudleys. We call it the House by Dudlleys. They have a wide variety of nice items. We love interacting with the folks there and it is a family atmosphere. We have made new friends there and enjoy the excitement. If you have not been before, definitely time to go check them out.
