Marcus examined the chip and, within 10 seconds, determined that the windshield chip had already been repaired in the past.

I did not feel rushed at all and he was more than happy to answer all my questions.
Needless to say I was able to get something scheduled for the next day and best of all not need to leave the office.
The service was performed quickly and the technician did an amazing job.
Do yourself a favor, skip Safelite and just come here.
On top of the great customer service the prices are affordable.

Extremely thankful for this business! I have such a busy schedule and rely heavily on my car. They were very responsive when I requested a quote for my Tesla through Yelp and they were able to come next day. They asked for a picture of the damage on my windshield and let me know it could be repaired. They came right on time and called me in the morning to give me my appointment window. They let me know all the risks of this repair and it was very quick! Everything went great and I couldn't be happier. I can barely see the repair and am shocked with the quality. I hope I won't have to use these

This company is excellent! My windshield had a crack the size of a quarter so I brought it to Safelite in Hasbrouck heights and by the time they were done "fixing" it; the crack was the size of a foot long sub. I called up Premier Auto Glass in Clifton and they set up an appointment right away. The guy was on time, polite and efficient. It's a fraction of the cost to replace your whole windshield compared to Safelite. Definitely trustworthy 👍

Just wanted to say that dealing with Premier Auto Glass was an extremely easy and professional experience. Marcos came by on time, starting working right away and had my windshield replaced within 1 hour.
Not only did he get it done fast but did so in a very clean professional way, the new windshield looks 100% OEM like it never was replaced.
On top of all of this the pricing was amazing and very reasonable, especially since they come to your house to do the work. I will make sure to recommend premier auto glass to all friends and family that need glass repairs!

My son shattered his entire windshield and within hours someone was here at my home replacing it. The office staff was so responsive and had a price quote and inventory confirmation within 10 minutes. The installer that came was friendly, professional and skilled. I initially called a large nationwide windshield company prior to reaching out to Premier and the customer service and pricing i received was certainly not what i had expected from a nationwide organization. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone in need of repair or replacement. Thank you.

I’ve now been lucky enough (or unlucky, depending on how you look at it), to need Premier Auto Glass’s services twice in the past few years. My windshield was badly cracked, so I called them yesterday, and they had me in and out in 20 minutes this morning at their Clifton location. They’ve always have the best service at the best price, so I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else in Passaic County. Thanks guys!
