I recently put out a bid request to a few places for a block wall to get an idea of what I'd be looking at and possible hire if the price was right.
National Concrete was the first company to respond to my request asking for my contact info so they could get with me right away and setup a meeting for a review of the project and a quote. I provided them my info less than an hour after they requested it.
Fast forward a week later, I haven't heard a word from them. They never called, never emailed, didn't return my call and haven't responded to any of my follow up messages

I requested a quote through Yelp which included the specific date we needed their services, I received a reply saying they would love to help us and requested our phone number which I supplied after waiting and not receiving a call, I called them and spoke with the person who replied to my initial inquiry through Yelp and when I described the job and Cubic Yards of Concrete he informed me his crew was booked 2 weeks out. Why reply that you would love to help us on a Job in 5 days if your crew is booked?? Wasted my time.

Highly recommend National Concrete. They got it done very quickly. Yes they were a little more expensive but you get what you pay for! The work was done very well. The patio looks soooo good and so does the steps in the front yard. I will try to add pics once I get a chance. The only issue I had was they left a tad bit of mess in the backyard. It wasn't anything too bad and easily washed off the dirt, I didn't mind because my backyard is unfinished. Over a year later and no cracks or anything. I will be using them again once we are ready to extend the driveway and add cement to the side
