We are currently looking for someone who is able to provide an estimate for an addition of a screened porch to our house. The current deck is around 9.5 feet x 13.5 feet but is lightly constructed and would probably need replaced to handle the extra weight of an added roof. The roof will need to have a single slope from house down to the front of the deck due to the current location of the deck.

Jim was courteous and presented an excellent plan for my desired project. He obtained the needed windows an expertly installed them in two weeks. The job was performed in a superb manner. They cleaned up well. My neighbor asked Jim to quote him a project seeing his work at my location. Could not be happier with his work.

Accurate Aluminum was contracted to "flex enclose" part of our lanai with glass sliding doors (4) and framed permanent glass above. The task entailed some forethought and engineering prowess. Working with company owner, Jim, we came to an agreement on a plan. Work commenced and Jim, in a timely manner, communicated to us step by step as worked progressed.
