This company is small time cruise company that does not do any online sales. You have to come in or deal by phone or mail. I booked a cruise and made payments and later decided I did not want to go. I cancelled several months before the cruise. I was told I would get a refund and it could take up to eight weeks and it has been almost 12 weeks and no refund. I have called a few times and sent a letter with a self addressed envelope and still no refund. I guess I can call Carnival Cruise lines and complain or take them to small claims court. Very disappointed.
