Do NOT use this company. They left behind asbestos that was visible to the naked eye, and acted like we 'added' it after they left! Did not wear protective gear, did not mask off areas, owner was obnoxious and unwilling to fix the problem. We filed with their bonding company, after having a certified/licensed air quality test done to show what they'd left behind, and ATI then sued US to get the bonding company to step back. (If there's a lawsuit, they leave it to the courts.) Nightmare, nightmare.

12/6/19 They performed asbestos abatement in the attic & did not properly seal the vents allowing the toxic dust & water through. They destroyed a new couch of mine removed it and cut a check and said all was fine. I hired a private company to test and there is asbestos in every room of the house now. They did not follow protocol and now my family will be homeless for the holidays because of their carelessnes and false statements.

We provided a service for this company. They waited until after the service was complete to dispute the credit card payment. They do not honor their contracts. They do not pay their bills. Stay away from this DISHONEST company.
** Edit, if you rent a dumpster and rent them often then you know that NO one allows you throw 10 ton of debris away, in a rental rate. You usually get 3-5 ton depending on what you tell the rep you are throwing away. If you exceed that amount then they bill you for the additional weight, just like any other service you get elsewhere.

I hired Alternative Technologies to remove what remained of some asbestos. They did a great job and what impressed me the most is that when some additional areas that went beyond the quote were found the owner got on the phone with the crew and had them stay extra to complete the job. They stepped up and that is worthy of recognition. They can be trusted!

My experience with Alternative Technologies was an excellent one. Asbestos was discovered during a home inspection for the sale of our home. I was sure the cost would be outrageous. They came out one day after calling and gave me a free estimate in less than 24 hours, that was a nice surprise.
The price was far less than I expected. Their work was spotless and the crew was very polite and professional. You would never have know there was a work crew there.
I asked them to take a look at my mother's house as well and they did so for free. There was only a small amount of work to do at my mother
