High compensation and wonderful benefits, so long as you're a marketable consultant. Also, the Antenna team does a wonderful job of connecting marketing professionals with the best opportunities available in the Twin Cities. The process is fairly stress-free and hands-off...or at least in my case it was!
I would love to see them be more proactive in reaching out to consultants to set up new placements when contracts are nearing a completion date. However, this only applies to those who wish to remain on contract and work with multiple clients, rather than accept full-time employment.
