Atlantic Resin Casting offers full urethane and silicone casting capabilities that allow us to quickly turn customer designs into reality. Cast urethane resins offer material and textures compatible with higher volume injection molding without the expense and concern associated with hard tooling choices.

Our honeycomb panel manufacturing center includes specialty processing equipment for the manufacture of various honeycomb sandwich panels mostly using aluminum skins with aluminum honeycomb core. Our facility utilizes state of the art vacuum presses, specialized equipment for the manufacture of ultra flat panels (.005) and CNC Gantry routers for adding vacuum holes and other machined features.
Rapid Prototyping can help verify designs, communicate visual concepts, and address design issues early-on in the development process - preventing costly changes to hard tooling once a part is in full production. Physical models can also help potential investors and customers better visualize your design solution, facilitating further investment in a product before it goes to market.

Great machine shop a lot of very talented machinists who do very precise work and in a timely manner. Great prototype department who will work with the customer to make the product right the first time. And probably the best boss and friend ive ever had who will do anything for his hardworking loyal employees.
