Our goal at Collin County Sprinkler is to provide our customers with a high quality custom designed irrigation system at a fair price. We are a full-service irrigation company in Plano and surrounding areas of Dallas Tx. We offer repair services, residential and commercial installations, as well as drainage systems and landscape lighting.
We locate all buried utilities and stand responsible for damage to these utilities. We cannot be responsible for any lines installed by the homeowner unless they are marked for us by the homeowner - i.e. landscape lighting or outdoor sound systems. We install all of our pop-up lawn heads on flexible swing pipe in order to lessen the possibility of damage by heavy mowers and lawn equipment.
Like it or not the conservation era is upon us. Conservation includes our most basic resource "WATER". Plano and North Texas have a booming population growth with no new sources of water. The federal EPA has blocked the construction of every new reservoir that the North Texas Municipal Water District had planned for our growth.

Unfortunately I feel driven to leave a 3 star review - could potentially be a 3.5 if I had the option. The service was great and they fixed all of the issues with our sprinkler system. However, they completely trampled over my newly planted flower beds... there were foot prints on the actual flowers and all throughout. Flowers were ripped out and just scattered throughout the bed. We all know how time consuming it is to plant in ground flowers and I worked hard and also spent quite a bit of money on those flowers. I just don't understand why they couldn't have been more careful? Anyway, I'm disappointed

I needed a follow up visit to fix something and they did it without charging me for labor. I am very happy with their service. The office is very professional and responds on time. After looking at the positive reviews I decided to call CCS. Jorge showed up right on time and worked to trouble shoot the problem which was creating more of an issue than I was aware. He was able to identify and correct the issue within an hour or so. He could not have been more professional and courteous to me, my wife and to our yard making sure everything was put back together just as he had found it. I relish having "a guy" for everything and now I have my sprinkler guy. This is who you want working on your property, period.

Called because sprinkler system not working. In less than an hour they determined the cause and replaced my controller. Was expecting a huge bill but the pricing was appropriate. Best thing was they showed up at the start of their given time window and were done very quickly in a friendly and professional way.

I have used this company for years at several of my own properties and referred them to many of my real estate clients. I’m a Realtor. Today I had them scheduled at one of my personal properties that is being renovated and was told that they would arrive between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. After waiting for the technician for an hour and forty-five minutes I called to ask if they were still coming to my address. I was told that the technician was twenty minutes out. At 1:30 I called again (45 minutes later) and was told that the tech. was on his way. I asked to cancel my appointment and the lady said

Had CCS install the sprinkler system in my house last August, a total of 9 zones with 1 zone being a drip system. I must say the drip system could've been a little better, but overall the installation went really well. Really competitive pricing and they gave me a 3 year warranty with my system. I have used the warranty a couple of time and they are always extremely responsive and hassle free. Their warranty guy Ruben is always really nice and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.

Jose showed up with one other technician to fix a variety of broken heads and pipes in our irrigation system. I was actually scared of what they were going to find! Turned out that within 1 hour, they replaced 6 pop ups, 2 rotors, fixed a broken pipe, double checked and reset our system appropriately. WOW, that’s impressive, especially considering that they charge per hour + parts. As for parts, the prices charged were comparable to what I found online. Overall, I’m thrilled with the customer service, hard work, honest pricing, and professionalism of this company. Thanks guys!

The best Service Call experience I have had. They are very friendly and efficient. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for a sprinkler system repair. The repairman showed up on time and easily assessed the issue. The cost was reasonable. The company seems to be honest and reliable, and I will use them again.

These guys are great! They came out the same day we called to repair a sprinkler system leak. The tech called and gave me the cost of the repair before the work was done and they were able to take electronic payment. The cost was reasonable. One of the most simple and convenient transactions I have ever been a part of with a company. I would highly recommend them for any irrigation need.

Requested via Angie's List and was able to schedule the next day to shut off a leaking sprinkler line and repair/replace 12 heads. They arrived on-time with a 2 man crew and finished the job in 2 hours. Both techs were very nice and efficient in getting the job done and cleaned up afterwards. I had used their service before to replace the cutoff valve and have been very pleased with their services both times and thought their cost was a great value.
