Alen and his team are total experts and this review is overdue. Not only do they get back to us in a timely manner, but they are so patient and accommodating with all of our requests, whether large or small. They have also kept things in the office running so well that we have had to call on them less and less, which has been a huge weight off my shoulders. We always get white glove service that's professional, reasonably priced, efficient and reliable. The owner, Alen always follows up to make sure everything was done correctly and running without a hitch. Most importantly, they are trustworthy

The owner Alen, along with one of his techs stepped in first to fix some things when the other company was not responding quickly enough nor resolving many issues we were having. They were so incredibly helpful, patient and extremely professional. They promptly responded and began not only fixing our issues, but also started to consult us on set up a plan to help our business run smoother as a whole.

Highly recommend Stonebridge IT! As a small business I needed help with my domain name and ensuring the set up of my email, server, website and a program to track my projects as well as my ample client list. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but Alen patiently walked me through my options and helped me set up a system that works for me.
