RGP, LLP, was formed by Tom Rockwell, Susan Gibson and Ward Pynn as a California limited liability partnership in January of 2016. The partners of the firm have worked together since 1990 but always at other CPA firms. The founders decided that it was time to form a firm of their own. In 2017, Steven Palmer was admitted as a partner.

Although Nonprofit Organizations are exempt from income taxes in general, the annual filing and compliance requirements are often more stringent than those required for taxable entities. We have extensive experience with exempt organizations and their tax filing needs. Our clients include public charities, supporting organizations and private foundations.
Audits offer the highest level of assurance to third parties, and include in-depth examination and confirmation of account balances, inventories, and selected transactions. We perform audits to ascertain the validity, integrity and reliability of your financial statements. An audit results in an expression of an opinion on these financial statements.
