Friendly staff, but you can tell the pizza is sitting around for several hours. Had a chicken pizza from there several years ago, and was sick for two days straight...went there 12/20/21, and felt nauseous after eating a plain cheese pizza. I noticed the person making the pizza also rang me up at the register, then proceeded to handle food again, without washing his hands. 🤢 Dumb, and irresponsible of me to even consume it. I went home and regurgitated. Needless to say, I'll never go back again. Great staff, but unsanitary conditions, unfortunately

Horrible!! I ordered ONE medium pizza and payed with my card over the phone. I was told it would take half an hour, and after about 70 minutes I called to check to see if it was on the way. I was told yes, but then more time passed and it turned into two hours. I called again but nobody picked up the phone!! No pizza, no refund. never ordering here again

15+ years i've been eating at different Famous Famiglia locations and this is the only location i know of where a paying customer is not allowed to use the restroom.Every dine in restaurant must have a working restroom for customers by regulations.We should be able to wash our hands with soap before we eat especially now.Hand sanitizer doesn't replace a restroom.No manager should send their paying customer to a RiteAid to use the restroom.He said because of covid they are not allowed to have restroom and thats a LIE,even starbucks which is just a coffee shop and not a restaurant has working restrooms

П˜‹Awesome pizzeria right on Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains! It's super convenient, and delicious. The staff is great too. They are always very friendly, fast service and the food is consistently good!
This pizzeria is following COVID-19 protocols perfectly from what I've seen each time that I have been there.
Plus, they got an awesome wall to browse with pictures and photos from celebrities - you'll enjoy it, especially if you're a yanks fan! ⚾🧢
