I will never use or refer anyone to Floyd Hunter! The strung me along for almost a year only to say they didn’t have a Case! I truly believe in Karma. Until they do right by me and my case everything they want to happen or succeed will FAIL. Whether it’s personal or business. I was not wrong in this situation and the injuries and I endured physically and mentally I send them to Michael! So shall it is written and watch it be done

I'm not upset that they sent me a letter telling me to seek another lawyer after taking my case, what upsets me is that I called at least 10 different times only to ever get a voicemail or told someone had already left the office for the day...WHO LEAVES FOR THE DAY AT 10AM....so finally I got an assistant on the phone and she told me they had sent me a copy of the demand letter that they sent to the other persons insurance company, come to find out that was a lie.... I would rather u just be upfront and honest instead of leading me on...I hate that office and would never do business with them

Steve Floyd is one of only 2 Attorneys that I have ever known I could completely TRUST (Unfortunately the other one, Wayne Perdue, passed away last year). Their entire staff is extremely competent, personable and friendly folks making you feel much more comfortable about being there at all. Not very well acquainted with the other Attorneys in the group, but feel that if Steve Floyd gives his seal of approval then they must be excellent people, as well as lawyers.

In 2013 the car I was driving was rearended by a tractor trailer in Montgomery. In the vehicle with me were four other members of my family. There was not much damage to the rear of my car. When I asked for the insurance company for the tractor trailer to compensate me and my family for our injuries they refused. I guess they did not think we were hurt because the damage to my car was not that bad. But I had to have to have neck surgery as a result of my injuries.
