The Alien is the perfect inflatable bounce house for your party (birthday, graduation, celebration, summer barbecue, etc), business, or bounce house rental business. Our high quality inflatable bouncy houses and slides are built to last. Whether you call them a bounce house, moon walk, bouncy house, or inflatable slide - we have what you need!
A- Although Paypal is our payment processing center, it does accept all major Credit Cards. If the minimum deposit was made online, we recommend the balance be payed in cash on delivery. We do accept Credit card on delivery but not personal checks. A- The latest we schedule pick-up is 8pm.
Although we might have several pickups at that time, we work our way around the territory and will pick up the bouncer the same night unless you booked for an extra day.A- 50% chance of rain or more for the day, we reserve the right to cancel 49% of rain or less we may still continue at the customers discretion with NO refund being given after delivery, We will not set up in the rain and that may cause delay in delivery times.

We have used Mr. Big bounce year after year! Always super friendly. This year we got a water slide combo bounce house and it was awesome! When the guy dropped it off he made sure to spray and wipe the whole inside down so it would be sanitized and clean for the kids! Thank you so much Mr. Big Bounce for always making our kids birthdays special!

Terrible customer service cancelled on my day of party when it’s supposed to be 50% chance of rain in 6 hours. Won’t answer my call back and has not issued refund
Update: the rain held out all day and another company was able to provide us a bouncehouse same day
Still waiting on $275 refund and again communication was terrible will never use this company again!

I have been using Mr BigBounce for the my past 2 Labor Day Picnics. I rented the venom obstacle course. Everyone LOVED it!! I have experienced nothing short of professionalism from this company. Employees are very friendly and respectable. Everyone had a ball. I will DEFINITELY use them again for my next family picnic!!!! Thanks again Mr. BigBounce!!!!

Simply amazing! We have used Mr Big House 3 or 4 times and every time has been a great experience. The website is easy to navigate and book a bounce house unlike others that you have to call the business just to determine what bounce houses are even available for the date you want. Recently, we rented a water slide bounce house. Mr Big Bounce was concerned that the slide may be delayed on a busy Saturday with 35 rentals so they decided to drop it off and set it up the night before at no extra charge! We got to use the slide for 4-5 extra hours. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Mr. Big Bounce was my first experience with renting a bounce house and I will never use anyone else but them! First off, it was so easy to rent, reserve, and pay all via their website. I was able to choose from a plethora of bounce houses. I had no idea there were so many choices! Unfortunately, less than 24 before our reservation we had a family emergency. I contacted Mr. Bounce, who responded to me within a few hours, and rescheduled our bounce house without any issue at all. He was extremely compassionate and understanding. The men who came and

Top notch! Used other companies and the experience with Mr BigBounce is 100% better! Super accommodating with questions and last minute date changes they always answered me promptly and positively.

We have used Mr. Big Bounce a few times now. I like that you can book right online and pick exactly which option you want.
The bounce houses themselves are great. They are high quality, and I think the price is very fair. We always rent in the summertime, so the ones with the water attachments are a big hit (with kids and adults)!

Great company, service and employees. We got a quote online and were debating about doing a bounce house because we were at a park that already had a playground. Then, the day before the party we realized many of the kids that were coming were little, and it would be hard for the parents the let the little ones walk over to the playground which, while close, was not directly next to the lodge. So, I called that morning (on a Sunday no less) for a 2:00 delivery. This is the 2nd time I've used Mr. Big Bounce for my Granddaughter 's Birthday party and they are awesome! Priced right, professional, on time and very accommodating. We had an electrical outage at the park and I called them, they were ready to rush over with a generator:) luckily the park ranger fixed the issue. And the party was a success. Very good experience. This will be my bounce house go to for next party!!

We had a party for our daughter. It was on unseasonably hot and the night before the party I called and asked if they had a blow up slip and slide. They were able to get one on the truck in the morning and accommodate us before our late morning party started. We are very happy with them. Highly recommended!

Beware! Employees of this company are either not trained or simply do not care about the well being or their patrons. The bounce house has a large warning label stating that it is not to be set up on damp grounds as it can result in injury, however this was left after raining for 2 days and a good chance of rain that day.
My friend had hired this company for a bounce house for her daughter's 5th birthday party. Sadly

Mr. Big Bounce is THE place to get your bounce house!!!!!! Professional, courteous, and reasonable prices! We rented the 40' obstacle course for my daughters party and couldn't have been more pleased. Even though there was a $50 delivery charge because of the distance needed to travel to our event, his prices were still better than the competitors. Quick timely set up, no deposit required. We will definitely use Mr. Big Bounce in the future!
