If I could give them 0 stars I would! After years of so so service, they recently decided to switch out our metal containers with much lighter ones, without any notification to us. These new containers immediately rolled into two of our employees' cars, causing significant damage. Suburban Carting is claiming no responsibility of the thousands of dollars worth of damage that they caused. Stay away from this awful company!

Horrible service. Caused damage to personal property and won't take responsibility.
Edit to add that it is now two months later, Tim was condescending and unhelpful, and our sales rep Shawn has now hung up on us twice and is refusing to remove their faulty containers from our property, which we are currently holding in place with wood so they don't cause more damage.

I rec'd very prompt and pleasant service. Would definitely use Suburban Carting again.

Very professional while at the same time friendly.
The order form to request a container has everything in writing so there are no hidden fees or unexpected overages or penalties.
My container arrived and was picked up on time. The container was in good condition and freshly painted. The delivery/pick up crew is conscientious and takes every precaution not to damage the driveway.
All around the best deal for the money.

I've spent about $5000 with Suburban carting over the last 2-3 years.
They picked up my last dumpster unannounced and un-scheduled, when it wasn't full yet. I did not call to have it picked up, and they did not call me to schedule a pick-up. They simply came and picked it up unannounced, and when I called them to ask why, they told me I had it for "too long" and they "had" to pick it up. They also pushed a piece of equipment to the side which was in front of the dumpster, possibly damaging it. Let's see if they try to bill me for this dumpster...

Called and was very specific about what i had to dump, I had replaced an old walkway and stairs, so I had a lot of concrete and other debris. I was told to go online and order the concrete container. When the driver came to pick up container, they called me saying they could not because wood was on top. As Kathy (billing manager) was on the phone with me telling me they could come back tomorrow and pick up, as long as I took the wood off, the driver took the cart, with the intention of charging me a $1000 more for a regular dump. Kathy had them bring it back so I can take off the 5 wood pallets

Very satisfied with service. Old company we used came whenever they felt like it(every few weeks) Suburban has come as scheduled every week. They were very pleasant to deal with over the phone. Good pricing for services being rendered!

Ordering the dumpster over the phone was easy. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The dumpster was dropped off and picked up as scheduled. Had nothing to worry.
Would definitely contact them or refer them.

Great company and easy to deal with. I've used them twice and would definitely use them again.
