Went in for a spray tan while on vacation, told them I was just at the pool a few hours before, was told "you should be fine". 8 hours later i shower and it FLAKES off of my right arm, as time goes by more and more of this tan just flaked right off my skin. Called them to possibly solve the issue without giving a bad review and was told a manager would call, here i am this morning calling again to be told"wow yea we don't know why that's happening.... that's weird we've never heard of that" excuse me that's not what I'm asking, i am asking WHATS

As a business owner myself, professionalism is very important to me. From the first visit, that is all I have received from this place. The owners, the manager Kelli, really have a way of making you feel part of the family, so friendly and outgoing. Never have to wait, and never worry about the cleanliness, as I'm a little ocd myself....Very Clean and Very Friendly! I'm glad I found this place!!! Oh and my tan has never looked better.

Really wish that this Tan USA mimicked the Fort Myers location because the Fort Myers store is so much better. I just recently moved to Cape Coral and now live very close to this location so I thought I would give it a try. I'm very disappointed. Despite being a member at the other location for years, they made me pay a membership fee for this store because it "wasn't transferable." Then, the quality of the beds is subpar compared to the Fort Myers store but they charge MORE here. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I used to have a monthly membership and tan often. Now I just tan before vacations

Came in yesterday for a session and was greeted by Savanah in such a kind bubbly manner. I've used this salon for a couple years in multiple occasions and its always been a positive experience. Normally don't really write reviews but walking out of there yesterday really moved me to let everyone know what a great tanning salon is being operated.

As a loyal customer, the variety of tanning options and lotions are a plus!! The staff is A-MAZING! They are extremely accommodating and they keep it very clean!! Kelly, Megan, and the owner are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming!!

I have been a customer of Tan USA for quite some time. I come in 4-5 days a week and have never had a bad experience. The salon is clean and comfortable. The beds are definitely the best in Cape Coral. The owner and staff are friendly and courteous.
I belong to two gyms that have free tanning plus I have to drive further yet I come to Tan USA because of their service and quality.
