My dining room window was damaged when a bird flew into it. Based upon the excellent reviews Top Value received, I called them. Boy am I glad I did. This company is really terrific! Ben, the owner, answered his own phone, was extremely punctual, was super polite, knew much more about all types of windows than anyone could have believed, and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He taught me a lot about windows and repair. He also kept both appointments we had to make, and he texted me shortly before each appointment to let me know he was on the way to my place.

After researching for a good glass company I came across Top Glass&window repairs, my son just broken one of our bedroom window glass so I needed a quick replacement. I gave Ben a call and immediately responded and was able to come on-site to take measurements. Not only he said glass can be installed in a couple of day but also described which was the best approach to replace the glass. My window glass was replaced on the date he said it would be. Quality work and pricing is excellent.

We had two broken windows which were rusted among other issues. I reached out to many professional none of them were confident enough to resolve problems except Top Value Glass and Window company. The owner, Ben responded my request, he immediately understood the problem. He took his time and finally resolved it. I get to keep my window rather installing brand new ones which would cost me so much. If you have any problem with your windows feel free to reach out to him. I recommend because of his experience and the service we recieved.

I had the glass on my rear patio door smashed. I called/ contacted multiple places for quotes. Ben (the owner) was the most responsive and had the parts on hand ready to perform the job the next day. on the day of service he texted me his arrival time well in advance, arrived promptly on time, was very knowledgeable and efficient in performing the work, and cleaned up the glass shards thoroughly. His price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend his company if you have a need for this kind of service. A++!

Top Value continues to be a great company. I had the owner come out and fix a part on my top window sash that was most likely broken some time after he installed it, but he still tried to not let me pay him for his time. I still paid him, and he was gracious, but it goes to show that old fashioned relationships and courtesy can go a long way.
