We called rather last minute for the Christmas weekend special - and Jovan was amazingly helpful in figuring out what would work the best for our kids and driveway. Our kids absolutely loved having a bouncy obstacle course for the long weekend. The delivery + pickup went smoothly. We recommend to all our friends and neighbors to rent through Jumptastic.

Jumptastic did an amazing job from start to finish. The reservation system and followup communication was terrific. Setup and pickup was on time and quick and the quality and cleanliness of their rentals are so much better than others we have used in the past. Will only use Jumptastic in the future. One note if you get the spin art - make sure you get more paper than you think you need because the kids LOVE it. We just got 50 thinking it would be plenty for 20 kids and we ran out within an hour!

These days I’ve become so accustomed to poor customer service that when you get GREAT customer service it almost stuns me. I can’t recommend Jumptastic enough and we will definitely be using them again. Excellent communication and the entire process went perfectly. Even the guy that came to set up our slide was super friendly and on time. Five stars!

Everything from start to finish was easy and professional with Jumptastic! I mean from the initial phone call to the pick up of our rental. The prices were reasonable and the service was stellar. Jumptastic will be my go to from here on out! Set up takes no more than 10 minutes and they install it all and they come and pick it up when your reservation time is over. In the weeks leading up to my event date they were in constant communication! My daughters birthday party was such a success and Jumptastic was part of that! Thank you!
