The following are very common situations that would require the services of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. Many issues can be resolved by simply relocating your existing corner monuments or staking your property lines. Fences that are installed over property lines must be corrected, and this will incur additional labor costs! Make sure you (and your fence contractor) know exactly where your property lines are located prior to digging the first hole!
