Dana and her associate Michelle are a dream team. We had a bit of a complicated situation because our purchase was part of a 1031 exchange so we had a limited time period to buy a house. They patiently showed us a number of homes and Dana was very skilled at helping us negotiate and win a "bidding war" for the house we loved. Also both she and Michelle are lovely people and a pleasure to work with. They were available whenever we needed to talk and highly responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend them to buyers and sellers.

Dana and her team helped us find our first home. We knew nothing about the process in the beginning. Dana took the time to explain us the whole process in details.
