First off I would like to say that Larry and Tom are both very nice men. My bank asked them to do a Phase 1 on a old gas station that I was interested in buying. This was my first experience with purchasing a commercial property that has to have a phase 1 done to it so did not do my research and just trusted the bank with their pick for the phase 1. So I will take full blame for my experience as I should have called other businesses before I agreed to having Appalachian Environmental Resources to do the Phase 1.
