Gotta say, I was impressed. Two young men showed up sharply at the scheduled time, got busy, and got the work done in half the time originally estimated. The work involved changing out a chandelier in a 2-story foyer; they had the right equipment, the know-how, and a great customer service attitude.
Unfortunately, the costs quoted up front were not in line with what we were invoiced. In the end, the price was not unreasonable, but still higher than what it should have been based on the quoted hourly rate and materials used.
