Anthony Guidice Immigration Attorney
Skilled, responsible immigration attorneys can clearly explain how the law affects your case. If they can't explain it, they probably don't understand it themselves. Immigration law consists of lots of "ingredients": statutes, regulations, policy memos, agency publications, administrative appeal decisions, federal caselaw, the current political climate, even agency policy manuals.

Knowing all these ingredients requires lots of study. Character is very important too. No one needs a lawyer who thinks and behaves like a rattlesnake. There's nothing casual about Immigration Law practice. A lawyer's commitment to his profession ultimately determines what becomes of people's lives, their hopes, and their family's well being.
Services
Immigration law consists of massive amounts of material to absorb. There is the INA, the Federal Regulations; case law to know, both the BIA and Federal Appellate cases; and then all the extra fun stuff to absorb - agency policy memos and directives, fact sheets, stakeholder meeting minutes, updates to agency manuals, articles.
Immigration petitions and applications come in different varieties and with differing degrees of complexity. Some involve obtaining a straightforward benefit, for example naturalization (obtaining US citizenship). Other applications involve overcoming a burden of proof, for example establishing extreme hardship to a qualifying relative for an unlawful presence waiver.
Foreign National workers may come to the United States in nonimmigrant (temporary) or immigrant (permanent) status. Workers can also transfer to the US from a foreign company, to work in or to establish a US affiliate. Foreign entrepreneurs may even establish job-creating businesses in the US as a path to a green card.
For an immigration client, an appeal targets either a supervising officer at USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) at the US Justice Department, the Administrative Appeals Office at DHS, or one of the Federal Appellate Courts. Appellate practice consists of writing appeal briefs and in the Federal courts, orally arguing the case.
This is a general overview. Schedule a consultation if you need legal advice. What's written here can't be relevant unless I know your specific facts. Following anything blindly is asking for trouble even when you buy a car; with immigration matters, it can ruin your life. Biden plans to massively overhaul the immigration legal machinery, primarily through policies that are benevolent.

After 4 or 5 years of having a different lawyer that wanted nothing but money for this or that my husband and I wanted a second opinion. So a friend referred us to Anthony. At first he can seem prickly but he is actually a nice man, he is straight to the the point, honest and dont mix words witch I loved the most. He told us that my husband should have been approved with in a year of applying for his residency. So we asked him if he would be willing to take our case over and he did, we started over and if it wasnt for covid last year he has been approved! Anthony is always quick to respond, up

Mr. Guidice is an extremely professional and an effective lawyer. He cares about his clients by providing the best legal advice possible. Although, at the first glance, it may seem he is irritable and short-tempered, it is not his intent to present himself this way. If you look past this initial impression of him, you will find Mr. Guidice values human interaction and he is sympathetic to a client’s situation. He is straight to a point and he won’t waste your time and money. I highly recommend this lawyer if you are dealing with immigration issues.

Due to mail not being delivered to our address we missed our Immigration hearing. We spoke with numerous lawyers but decided to go with Mr. Guidice. It was the best decision of our lives! Anthony guided us with his boundless knowledge of Immigration and kept us appraised of new changes to the laws as our cases progressed. We are pleased to say that we received my wife's Permanent Green Card and I-797 today. I will be recommending him to family and friends!!

Called spoke with the Lawyer Anthony Guidance explained to him that I wanted to help my Nigerian Husband come to the United States and his next question was "Why?!" (as in why would you want to bring an Nigerian here) Which he tried to quickly apologize because it was very abrasive and disrespectful. Then after we recovered from that he went on to explain to me that he is the most expensive attorney around and I probably wouldn't be able to afford him (of course having no ideal of my savings or finances) We mutually decided that this was definitely not a good fit and I probably wouldn't recover

I'm so glad to hire Anthony Guidice as our immigration lawyer. He's great handling all the paperwork and dealing with the immigration officers. The laws are always changing in which he is up to date with the new laws. He is well connected where his experience, knowledge and connection take any obstacles to the finish line. We trust he work hard to get the desire result he is hire for our case. This is important since not many lawyers would take the time to build a relationship with his customers and at the same time he understands what needs to be done to deliver results to us!

I had cause to speak with Mr. Guidice about an immigration matter. After a short conversation, Mr. Guidice was able to determine that there was nothing to worry about.
I highly recommend Mr Guidice to you as he struck me as highly knowledgeable, approachable, and realistic about US immigration matters. If you need accurate and skilled representation advice, Mr. Guidice is a person to work with. My impression during our conversation was that Mr. Guidice will be completely straightforwards and will offer sound advice (it might not be what you want to hear but that is why you hire an expert). Anthony has been a fantastic lawyer - Prompt, direct, supportive, very knowledgable, and upfront about cost, which was very reasonable. I hate to think that before finding him we went through the entire immigration process once already without a lawyer (only to be denied). We could have saved so much time, money, and stress had we just gone to him in the first place! Trusting him to guide us through our second attempt made the process so much easier. You’re in good hand with Anthony. Plus he has a great a sense of humor! :)

Anthony's services were very helpful to us in getting my husband a green card. He was knowledgeable, his rates were reasonable, he was prompt in returning messages, and he made the process very easy for us. Thanks to his good documentation, USCIS waived the interview for getting the permanent green card. I recently recommended Anthony to an acquaintance who was having immigration issues.
