They should change the name to GRANDPA's CONDOMINIUM.
The 85% of people here are mad grumpy people, You cannot talk loud in the balconies, you cannot play music after... no wait you cannot play music at all... if you go to the swimming pool it looks like a rehabilitation zone you cannot even take your kids to play because they complain about running, cannot play a speaker in the Pool because they complain.
Only live here if you either have 5 years of life remaining. Or just a boring lady sleeping issues so you need

DUO Condos, the location is incredibly convenient; just walking minutes to the beach. These twin towers designed by the Architectural firm "KOBI KARP" were built in 2007. It features Stunning panoramic views of OCEAN GOLF and the BAY... (Diplomat Golf Course)
Large 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms models, with great Resort-Style Amenities: (exercise room, heated swimming pool, and a movie theater).
Pets allowed, rentals are available as well. You can't go wrong!

Nothing beats security, there is a 24 hr front desk and gate personnel. Walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute walk pass the bridge. Duo is also a two min drive to Gulfstream Race, casino, restaurant and shops. Really happy with the place, but make sure to keep in communication with the Admin if you have work going on your place, as there are a lot of requirements to be met for even the simplest things.

Spacious units with beautiful views make this place home!
The Architectural firm, Kobi Karp, designed this place right. I have lived in both 1 bedroom models and can't complain. Both of my units were large and came with multiple closets, plenty of kitchen cabinets, and a huge storage locker in the garage. They also have an abundance of parking spaces.
This building is VERY dog friendly and the Staff is welcoming & helpful. Location is incredibly convenient with a Piola, Panera, Starbucks, Big Lots, GNC and Winn Dixie right down stairs.
CONS: The pool and Jacuzzi close at
