Very professional came out within a few days of contacting them fast efficient on point came out to fix my lawn hydrant it was 35 degrees out but that didn't stop the guys from laying in the water clay ground backfilled the hole made it all nice very thankful and so are my farm animals no more flooded barn

When watering the lawn the water would run for 15 minutes then slow down to a trickle for about 2 minutes then would turn back on. There was no water in the house when watering lawn..... Tech put the ampmeter on the pump and saw it was pulling too many amps (it had blown a fuse a few weeks before). It was also pretty loud. They replaced the pump very professionaly and in short order for a fair price. The two techs sent out really knew what they were doing and were polite and respectful. Very happy with Kraai ~~Ron L

Adam from Kraai was here exactly when he said he would be! 9:20….it is now 10:20 and I have running water! It was the well pump… he was very professional and checked everything and it came down to the pump…. Had tor pull the pump by hand because fenced in yard but he made the whole install look easy! Thanks Adam!

Kraii Well Drilling and Water Softener Co. drilled our new well for our new construction home after we lost our other home to a fire.
They were wonderful. I asked questions and they politely answered them while they were working. Very patient and detailed in their answers. They cleaned up afterwards and did a great job.
We also purchased a water softener from them. They set it up, explained everything and again, patiently answered questions.
I would highly recommend Kraii Well Drilling.

Our water quick working around 7:30 pm. Called Kraai Well Drilling & left a message. (The well pump that they installed in 1988 is the one that JUST went out. 33 YEARS!) I did not use the "Emergency Cal" selection simply because I did not consider it an emergency. Their site indicates that they open at 8:00 A.M.. About 7:30 the next morning, I got a call from them. I was told that they had several irons in the fire, but would get someone out here to look at it. They asked a couple of questions to see if they could get an idea of what to expect. With their experience, they knew just what was wrong

The technician made sure to check everything in the system prior to doing the repairs in case we made a mistake. Ended up pulling the pump up, as excepted, and found the only issue to be the check valve. Instead of replacing the entire system, as we assumed and were quoted for, he replaced the valve and checked the system. Ultimately saving me around 1500 dollars. Knowledgeable, fair and a very good service experience.

Very prompt and wonderful customer service. Woke up to water puddle surrounding our well pump. Talked to Chad around 11am, had guys at our house within hours to fix the problem. These guys were not only amazing at their job but so very nice & understanding. We are Thankful for such a great company so close to home.

I haven’t had much luck with service oriented people since we moved to this area from Flint area. I am so pleased with Chad, and his company. I’m retired, but l built homes for 15 years. I had an idea of what a new pressure tank should cost. His two men were very courteous and professional. Asked if I wanted them to wear masks during COVID 19. Warranted my old pressure tank, even though they didn’t install it. All they charged me was a very reasonable service call plus a few parts. They didn’t have the pressure tank I wanted when they came out, so they put a tank in, so we would have water

Our well stopped working (which only supplied outside faucets) service tech was out within 2 hours. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable! The part he put on did not work and came the next morning and tried new control panel which ended up not working. Came out same afternoon and showed us how to change plumbing to connect to city water and… refunded us everything but service call fee. Appreciated him trying to save us money trying to get pump working. Service tech was one of the nicest and repair men we have ever had! Thank you Kraai for hiring honest good people and running a wonderful
