Love, love, LOVE this salon! After trying out quite a few lash spots (and giving up after awhile) I gave this spot a chance and haven't turned back since (been going here since pre-pandemic). Angelique is a doll and is a master of her trade... she knows what her clients want and how to accent them the best. Can't give her enough praise!

I was so pleased and happy when I went for my first appointment on July 13th hat I decided to make my refill appointment that same day For July 30th.
I originally made my appointment for 3:15pm but almost a week before I changed it to 2:00 pm.
On Wednesday at 1:54pm I got a text to confirm my appointment, I was at work at the moment and couldn't get to my phone. Then I got another text the same day at 4:15 pm saying that my appointment was rescheduled for 2:30pm. I wasn't to happy about it but figured it was my fault for not confirming?
Today July 30th the day of my appointment I received

I never ever post reviews but I had to today! I’ve never gotten eyelash extensions before and I originally scheduled my appointment for the Metairie location on Monday. There was a glitch in the scheduling system and since Angelique and her partner were out of town, they couldn’t take me, so Angelique quickly scheduled me in for Wednesday morning (today!) She was so kind and made sure I was well taken care of, despite there being an issue with originally scheduling. I absolutely adore my lashes and will be going back for a fill! They were absolutely professional and well skilled!! 15/5 stars

Amazing service!! I got eyelash extensions for the first time and had a ton of questions that were all patiently and informatively answered. The shop was a clean and comfortable environment. It had good vibs and open space, which means no clutter and no anxiousness. I would recommend Luxury Studio to everyone. I have already paid for my next visit. There was really nothing negative of my experience. I like to give improvement feedback but everything was genuinely plesent. 5 stars on this one!!

I have been getting lashes for three years as I've moved between GA TX and now LA, so I have a lot of experience with extensions. I'm so happy to have found Luxury Studio and Angelique. I have been now several times for a new set of lashes and several fills and invested in the VIP lash service as I have been so pleased. Booking online is very easy and convenient. Poor service and quality. When I opened my eyes the burned for a while. I got them done Friday for my wedding on Sunday. Mind you I have experience getting lashes and know how to main and preserve them. No oil based products and sleeping on my back and avoiding water on my face and such. Monday I barely have any extensions left and whatever lashes I do have left hurt really bad. It’s like they were poking my lash line every time I blinked. I know it wasn’t anything I did on my part that led to my lashes like this. The owner is who did my lashes and didn’t mention anything about what length

I made an appointment here for lash extensions while I was visiting New Orleans cause of good reviews. I was staying in downtown but went out of my way to come to this location because I trusted the review. Everything went well except that I noticed my right eye was rushed. Was looking for a reliable place to get my lashes done here in NOLA. I think the prices are equal to the service. I got my lashes done about a month ago and I still have a decent amount of lashes on. I plan to go back and scheduled for a refill this weekend. Lash techs are nice and friendly and the space is pretty cute and clean as well :)

My lashes look phenomenal everytime I come here to get them done. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is only my 2nd time at the new location, and I do like it better than the last. Booking an appointment online is easy, and they were able to accommodate me when I needed same day service. The only thing that I would suggest is selling some sort of lash cleanser to help with the care of the extensions. I will be back!

I am getting the run around . I took the class and never received my certification. I've given my email more than twice. Called the phone the first week and it goes straight to voicemail, when I finally did get a call back they told me text my email and name and still nothing. Kits weren't in time! Had to pick my kit up Saturday and I took the class Monday. I thought the owner would have at least showed her face but no . I just want my certification because it's a good look when it's posted that you took an extended learning class !!!

(It took so long because my tech kept stopping to talk on the phone, text and greet family members coming to visit) I paid $80 for a full set. Luxury Studio & Zhané were amazing! I’ve been getting my lashes done for over a year, and this was my first time getting them done in New Orleans. Exceeded all my expectations and my lashes look better than ever. This is a local business and there are times where you need to be more patient than chains that have all the kinks worked out- which I think may explain some of the negative reviews. Anyways, 10/10 from me and highly recommend!

Made an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday. I received I believe 2 text messages confirming my appointment. Drove to the place to find two men inside telling me that it was closed. I told them I had an appointment and they shook their heads and told me they were closed on Sundays. On their website they say it is open from 12-4pm and 4:30-5:30 pm. On various other sites it says this place is closed on Sunday UNLESS you make an appointment. Very disappointed and confused about this.

This was my first time getting extensions so I didn't know what to ask for or what to expect. The whole experience was wonderful.
LuxuryStudio is in a clean and convenient location. The whole staff is so friendly and my lashes look awesome! Angelique walked me through each lash option and how it would look - I ended up getting medium lashes that I love and have already (in one hour!) gotten so many compliments on.
Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

I’ve had my lashes done several times but never had an experience like this. I book with the owner, Angelique and I did not have a good experience. I scheduled an appointment and had to wait while she finished her co-workers lashes. While doing my lashes she didn’t say anything to me she did not even introduce herself. The glue she used smelled like nail glue however I don’t know the exact name of the glue she used. After she was done with my lashes and I opened my eyes they burned! 8 hours later and they are still burning!! I had glue stuck in the corner of my eyes and when I close them

Also, did i mention no deposit is required, in which i love. I personally tend to not support businesses that require non-refundable deposits and extra costs to hold appointments and if I do they don't under any circumstances get extra money aka a tip out of me and I'm normally a big tipper. Courtney, my favorite (she always hooks me up in a timely manner being I'm always on call) at luxury studio gladly gets $12+ every time.

I was in New Orleans for a Bachelorette party and prior to coming, had my lashes done locally. I love lashes extension and never had issue maintaining them for long-lasting wears. My eyelashes were rushed. Beautiful for the first 3 ish days, but after that they were a nightmare. Also got one lash applied to multiple of my lashes, which when I was reading into eyelash extensions trying to learn as much as possible I read that was a big no no. It really hurt too! I think this place has potential and I love that it's locally owned, but they have a little bit of work to do.

The worst experience ever - I waited 50 minutes for Angelic to arrive to my appointment - no recognition of her tardiness or apologies - her verbal tone showed no respect for a customer about to spend $300 in her establishment - after my experience I would caution anyone against Angelic and My Luxury Studio, as she is the owner and definitely would not make any recommendation to this establishment - severely lacking in Professionalize & Customer Service - I had to walk away - chances are great the business culture is manifested in the services

I found Luxury Studio on Yelp and I am so glad that I booked an appointment. Angelique is amazing, attentive and beyond cordial! I've had my lashes done before in other places but they've never been this good! I am definitely coming back. If you're looking around and you're still on the fence.... Stop thinking and come on in. The receptionist is so nice and accommodating, she was able to pencil me in for a same day appointment! Right now, they are running a special for $28, you honestly cant beat that!
The ladies here are all so professional and welcoming. I'd never gotten a full Brazilian wax before, so I was beyond nervous.
The studio is very CLEAN and organized. There are little goodies to munch on while you wait. (Who doesn't like free candy? haha)
