I booked a stretch SUV limousine for 10 people. I was never sent a confirmation email or receipt of my transaction so had to call the morning before my event and ask if it was confirmed. The driver showed up 30 minutes late - I had to call the restaurant to change our reservation along with several other reservations we had that day because of this setback. Not only was the music system not working (including the radio), the AC was also broken and the limousine was in terrible condition. The ceiling looked like it was falling apart and there were several holes in the roof. It was truly a horrifying
